Jeff Novick is a nutritionist who formerly worked at the Pritikin Institute, and now lectures at the McDougall Residential Program in Santa Rosa, California and the Engine 2 Program in Austin, Texas. Mr. Novick has been a frequent speaker at Vegetarian Summerfest. He is extremely entertaining and a genuinely funny man. This is definitely a spoonful of sugar that won’t go to your waistline.
