Jack Norris is co-founder and Director of Vegan Outreach (VO), an organization which produces and distributes pamphlets such as “Why Vegan?” raising awareness of the consequences of food choices. VO’s Adopt-A-College program distributes 500,000 pamphlets yearly. Norris is a nutritionist who has made a study of the ways in which we can fine-tune a vegan diet in order to achieve optimum health. Norris maintains the sites JackNorrisRD.com and VeganHealth.org. Norris has recently co-written, with Virginia Messina, MPH, R.D., Vegan for Life: Everything You Need to Know to Be Healthy and Fit on a Plant-Based Diet.
